........... And we plan to renew ourselves every day!!! November 15, 2003 - Special Olympics Auction - Over $7,000.00 raised for Special Olympics. Operating in Fast Time - Denali Partners continues its annual contribution by supplying a custom auction management solution and staffing. Approximately 200 people enjoyed a great meal and fellowship as they vied for the over 400 items supplied by 188 vendors. The amazing thing is that all this is accomplished in a 3 hour period, and includes a live auction, silent auction, cash table, grab bags and door prizes. For the past 5 years, the auction relies on Denali Partner's expertise in providing the efficiency for getting vendors and items entered, generating item tags and auction item lists, bidders registered, live and silent auction winner bidders input, invoicing and check out processed - for the 3 hour event. Once the event is completed, Denali provides the back end reporting for auction analysis, thank you letters, and the next years solicitation drive. October 2003 - Denali Partners provides data consolidation and reporting solutions. Our client has 14 separate companies (databases) in their financial / payroll solution. Denali was called in to create a solution based on Microsoft SQL Server to provide cross company reporting bringing in data from all of the companies. This resulted in a considerable reduction of effort in reporting and consolidation in the payroll and accounts payable areas. October 2003 - Denali provides data services for Fortune 100 company's direct response marketing effort. Ever dreamed of getting over 30% response on a direct mailer? Not only was that the projection, but it was also the reality. Denali Partners provided the back end systems to not only capture the responses and prompt fulfillment, but also analyze the responses to understand the effectiveness of the campaign based on demographic and geographic dimensions. September 2003 - Denali Loses Bid Proposal for Software Evaluation. We should all learn from our losses - and we're glad we took the time to do so. While we were pared down to us vs their existing CPA Firm (which has a focus on technology), we found out they had equal confidence in our abilities, but decided that their local source would be capable of getting it done without the travel and expense they would incur from us. - - The BIGGEST lesson - we have GREAT references. September 3, 2003 - Denali Manages Great Plains for client in need. Unfortunately, companies occasionally loose people and when that person manages a large financial solution - it creates a problem. Enter Denali - In this case, we provided the resources to help them through a software upgrade and several outstanding issues they've had with their implementation. May 2003 - Denali Partners' Rick Moore achieves Microsoft CRM Certification. Working with one of our Microsoft Business Solutions partners, Rick was recognized as the best resource for successfully implementing the Microsoft CRM solution at their clients. Rick passed the required Microsoft exams becoming one of the few certified professionals in the Carolina's on these solutions. January 2003 - Denali Partners provides reporting expertise to Charlotte Rescue Mission. Non-Profits often work under budgetary constraints, and we believe in helping out when we can. Their industry specific accounting solution (Blackbaud) provides a solid solution for their backend functions, but was limited in its' ability to produce reporting to assist them in their funding and donor management areas. While they could export data from their solution to Microsoft Access, they lacked the expertise to develop the reporting needed to assist in their efforts. Denali created a simple solution based on their existing version of Crystal Reports that filled the need.
